Well week one with Arbonne is over! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but I definitely didn't plan ahead enough. Once I got better at planning ahead it was smooth sailing.
Some mistakes I made:
- Beef up your smoothies!! I didn't the first few days and I set my blood sugar way out of whack because my body totally wasn't getting enough nourishment!
- Plan ahead. There were times that I was starving and rushing to get home because I didn't bring a snack or shake because I wasn't prepared!
- Give your body the chance to rest, and focus on deep cleaning your digestion! When you are go go go and don't let your body recharge it spends more energy on other things besides digestion and cleaning after the digestion is done!
My week two plan is hopefully going to be way better! See below:

Here is a glance at my plan for week two! I have been craving savory foods, probably because of my luteal phase, but also the shakes are sweet so I want something savory for snacks, and my whole food meal each day. Also as fall is upon us, shout out Earth's luteal phase, I decided it's time for warm comforting foods to allow for some introspection. Food that is already cooked and warm is easier on our bodies to digest so it also gives my gut EVEN MORE time for deep cleaning after I have digested at the end of the day.
I'll post some recipes for these goodies as I make them throughout the week, but one that I made for dinner tonight:

Rice Cakes topped with avocado, micro greens, red onion, capers and salt n pepper! No real recipe for these, but boy were they amazing.
The Parsnip fries on the side are SUPER easy to make:
1. Preheat the oven to 450F, while it is heating up cut the parsnips into a fry like shape.
2. Toss parsnips in coconut oil and your choice of spices (I did garlic powder and parsley)
3. Spread them onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then toss so they brown evenly and return for another 15 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
Happy Sunday my lovelies!
